Ontario EXPLOSION: 15 injured and three CRITICAL as Canada police launch huge manhunt

AN IMPROVISED explosive device has left multiple people injured at a restaurant in Ontario, Canada, police have confirmed. Peel Regional Police tweeted on Friday morning two people entered the establishment and left three people in "critical condition".
